Last week I turned on my TV and I receiced an "updating" message, and then noticed I've lost several channels I normally watch most notably Golf Channel.

Customer service seems to be a struggle for Verizon which is a shame since Fios is overall such a great product.
I hope someone can advise and fix my issues.
