I have been trying to redeem my $200 promotional gift card offer but am unable to. I have tried multiple times and have contacted customer support numerous times and still unsuccessful and the tome to redeem is expiring on the 25th. Extremely frustrated with the process not working and getting no results. Looking for immediate resolution! Please help!
