Hi, I'm helping an elderly woman who cannot access her verizon.net email. She cleared some history and was logged out.
Here's the problem, the validation code is being sent to her email that she cannot log into. Also, the cell # associated with the account does not have text service.
When we select chose another option, we get the "oops, something went wrong" message.
How can we get back into her email as she NEEDS her emails.
