Error Redeeming DoorDash Gift Card

Just got Fios a few weeks ago. Am supposed to get a $200 DoorDash Gift Card as part of the deal. It’s showing as available, but when I try to claim it, the Verizon website gives me an error message - {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}

Seems to be a widespread issue. I’ve seen other posts about it. Why can’t this be fixed?
