When I attempt to redeem a $100 verizon gift card listed in my home offers page, I either receive an error page that says

or a page that says
Sorry. We could not find a matching record for the account information provided.
Verizon chat troubleshooting could not fix my issue, and I was told that "someone would fix it sometime this month" but with no confirmation or anything. Why do I have to jump through hoops to redeem this? Why do I see tons of others with this same issue on the forum here? Anyone with a solution for this?
