I switched 3 phone lines over and was told that I would receive a $200 rebate. I've been on the phone with 3 different representatives, getting tossed around and yet not one person is able to help me. This is ridiculous. Clearly many others have had this issue as well and seems like an intentional fail to me on Verizon's part. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this issue if they cannot provide me with a resolution.
