I was kicked out of the Mobile + Home discount program in December while subscribing to Fios and Wireless.
Chat and Phone have been going on, yet remain unresolved. Agents bounce me between depts like a ball and still can't escalate to the appropriate seniority personnel. An agent just kept me on hold for 2.5 hours tonight. No joke, literally 2.5h! Finally, I got to one agent via chat, and she apprehended the issue and seemed to know how to proceed further, like unlinking or resetting my account. Yet she also disconnected the chat while we seemed 70% loading.
Please, reps, don't send me any more messages to click the Mobile+ Home discount enrollment.
Error message pop-up in an orange box when I attempt "Join Now": Looks like something went wrong with your discount. Please call customer service at 1-800-837-4966.
I am very frustrated. Please send someone from the tech side can submit a request to unlink and then relink my Fios and Mobile account.
Thoroughly disappointed.
