Problem ~ Cannot Redeem Verizon $200 Gift Card Offer

I received an email letting me know that it was time to redeem my $200 Verizon gift card offer. However, when I log into my account and click on the offer, I get the following error message on my computer screen...

I have tried to redeem the offer every day for almost a week now with no luck.
