We've ported over our family lines(5) from ATT back November mainly because of the rebate promo. The store rep said we are getting a notification on the app about the rebate, or email or text message. I downloaded the app right away thinking I don't want to miss that notification, 3 BYOD ($350 each) and 2 Switch up rebate ($200 each), $1550 total rebates. I've been checking almost everyday but never got any message about my rebates, so I called towards end of December and they informed me that there was no rebate submitted and it our promo has expired. I followed up with store rep, talked to Verizon support several times, they said they are escalating, but nobody has contacted me to try and resolve this for me. I will call and wait on hold for a long time with no resolution. The store who gave me wrong information when we completed the purchase will not help, Verizon support / escalation team will make me wait on phone for nothing, this is VERY FRUSTRATING!
