Door dash gift card

Hello

I have called verizon several times customer service regarding promised door dash 200 dollar git card.

It is showing as available on my account and I have the pin, or what I believe is the pin from my last call.

When I put it in door dash app it doesn't recognize it.

what is the procedure for this?

I got the home internet in November.

No agent answered. I cannot believe Verizon would not put info on the site about redeeming card esp with all the complaints. I was disconnected and now ignored. What is going on?????
