Can't Redeem Doordash Gift Card Promotion

I recently had Fios installed. One of the promotions was for me to get a $200 gift card from Grubhub or Door Dash. Everytime I try to claim this offer I get an error: "missing vz_jwt"

i tried chat and was told tpo clear cookies and try again. That did not work?
