I have been trying to redeem the xbox gift card for 2 months now and it is one of the reasons I decided to go with this plan. But every time i try to redeem it, it says the URL requested is not on the server. I have spoken to many agents but to no avail I can't get any help obtaining the gift card.. it is truly annoying. Why offer a gift card if there is no way to redeem it. I keep getting emails to redeem my offer but I can't!
