I signed up for Home 5G Intermet back in Oct/2022 with a promotion that included a free amazon echo show 10... once I activated home 5G service, the tile to redeem the echo show appearded under my add-ons. That tile showed I had to wait until Jan 1st, 2023 to redeem the echo show. However, when I logged in on 1/1/2023 to redeem the echo show, the tile was no longer there.
I have called Verizon customer service multiple times since then.. they have put Amazon rep on the phone and were told it's a Verizon issue.. today was call number 5 since 1/1/2023 and no one at Verizon has been able to solve this... tickets have been created but Verizon reps have not followed up... please escalate to the level need to resolve this...
