On Hyde Alley - between Main St and Cornhill St in Annapolis MD 21401 a telecomm box was damaged by someone. The door 90 degree hold open arm is bent along with the door piano hinge. That the door is racking and pushing out at the top corner on the hinge side. It has been secured but will need a permanent fix.
