Hi, I sent in my old iphone and my wife's old apple watch for a trade in. I packaged them up in 2 different boxes along with 2 different shipping labels that were provided by Verizon. Both boxes were delivered to Verizon, stated by each tracking #, but Verizon is saying they never received the apple watch.
