Reset Fios email password

How do I reset my Fios email password? It's NOT the same as my Fios account password.

And please dont tell me to go to a different vendor. The email is included with Fios home.

Verizon is paid for the product. Verizon should support the product.
NOTE: I'm only saying that because I've seen non-VZ responses on other websites saying to go to AOL or some new vendor.

UPDATE: Vz can't help me, directed me to AOL. AOL said it's a problem with Outlook and I'd have to pay them for support.
