Need to have Verizon box moved from utility pole.

Hello, our neighborhood just had a transformer moved and a new utility pole put in. All the wires have been moved to the new utility pole, except Verizon's. What is the process involved in getting Verizon to move these wires so we can have the old utility pole moved?
