Unable to redeem $200 Fios gift card

I just reached my 60 day requirement on my Verizon Fios service.

As soon as I hit that requirement, I check the home offers and the $200 gift card is not there anymore. I can't redeem it anymore.

Can someone help me with this? I've been reaching out to chat and been going in circles.
