Who should I contact with regard to Verizon replacing the sod and reseeding my front yard? The utility boxes are in my very small front yard. Not only do I have to deal with the unsightly boxes, they tore up a good portion of my yard and just threw down straw to cover it. I get that they have the right to dig but they also have the obligation to return my yard back to the way it was. I was able to get a couple of names of project managers for the MD area but it has been two weeks since I've received a call back. I called back again today but wondering if there is a specific department that handles this. It is not ok to but this very expensive replacement of sod onto homeowners who may or may not even be their customers.
