Over the past few weeks I have been trying to upgrade my ASK-NCQ1338 to Software Version: 3.2.0.14. I keep getting the following error message when trying to check for firmware updates:
Error: Check for new software failed: There was a problem while checking for new software.
Has anyone else also got this Error or gotten there system to update when when trying to use the check for new version button under Device Setting>Firmware
