My wife just got a new phone and backup assistant didn't quite transfer all of her contacts. I tried to go online to see if her list was right on the site but I keep getting a message that there was no answer from the server and to try again later. I have yet to get it to come up at all so I was wondering if anyone knows if it is down right now or if I might be doing something wrong on my end. Thanks for any help you can give.
