When I try to redeem the 6-month Disney Plus on Us promotion for upgrading to unlimited data plan it says "This code cannot be redeemed. You may have already redeemed it." Which I definitely have not. Can anyone help me out with this as I do not know who or how to connect with Verizon to correct this. Thank you.
