Picked up a network extender as I suddenly have really bad Verizon service. When initializing the extender, I keep getting a Server Error 5A error code. Some research disclosed that the device will not connect to the Verizon CMP server. Have been on the phone with Verizon for hours today and despite this being a very prevalent topic regarding Verizon network extenders, no one can tell me how to resolve it.
