Bought Renewed Pixel 6 Pro from Amazon said it is Unlocked but turns out Verizon Locked

I bought Google Pixel 6 Pro Renewed from Amazon. It said it is unlocked but turns out it Verizon locked. I am not from the US, how can I get it unlocked?
