After signing up for Fios back in December I had on my home offers page that I would be able to redeem a $150 Verizon Gift Card on 2/5/23. On 2/1/23 it was still listed in my "Pending" offers and then on 2/6/23 it just disappeared. I signed up for Fios partially because of the offer. If someone could please point me in the direction of somebody that can help get this resolved that would be great.
