Any solutions to email problems with Samsung Fascinate on Verizon

My phone cannot get or send email to/from my POP3 email account. I am quite frsutrated and am really missing my blackberry.

 

In addition, I am very concerned that either Samsung or Verizon would sell a phone for which email does not work...I mean, I have had perfect email function on a mobile phone since 2004. What does it say about Samsung and Verizon that they cannot get email rigtht???

I'm having the same issues with my pop accounts also.  Unbelievable that they would sell this phone with so many issues!!  I'm also having issues with Exchange activesync stripping all headers on reply or forward.  When will these things be fixed??  

 

If you look down the entire forum, most of the issues are with email.  why???
