Just like so many others here, I'm not able to redeem my $50 Xbox gift card offer. The customer support agents haven't been helpful - they spend 45 minutes explaining how to redeem offers, telling me to clear my cache, restart my browser, etc. I've tried redeeming the offer on multiple devices, using different browsers. Every time, I get the same response: "The requested URL was not found in this server".
It seems like this has been a problem, dating back several months. Perhaps we can get a resolution?
