Hi yesterday 2/24/23 I should have been able to redeem my $100 verizon gift card but I couldn’t so I contacted support and got the runaround and different answers from all 8 people I talked to. Some saying to pay my bill that isn’t due yet and it’ll let me redeem others saying I have to wait 24 hours for it to process on your servers. It’s been over 24 hours now, nobody could help me yesterday and today the tile is no longer in my home offers and I never received an email with my $100 verizon gift card
