I was promised a $200 gift card for signing up for services. I never recieved the email. I have a chat with verizon and resubmit the gift card for redemption. I have a screen shot of this conversation. It clearly says with in 15days i will receive an email. Well it is 3 days and no email , no gift card.
As loyal customers ,verizon has zero perks for us.
