I signed up for the 5G Home Plus where the Grubhub gift card, the discount for the sound-bar and the $200 Verizon gift card was offered. I got the code for the $50 Verizon gift card rebate, which I did not redeem because it was the wrong perk. I have exchanged many many messages with Verizon, and phone calls. In January 6th I was told that my ticket was being escalated and that I should hear back within 10 to 15 days. Well, it is March 5th and nothing. Today another rep told me that I inly qualified for the $50 gift card. He/she apologized for the “miscommunication.” I am sorry, that is not miscommunication, that is not wanting to honor the offer.
