I have no idea who to contact since I am not a Verizon customer, but several months ago, a contractor with Verizon came and did a lot of work in my yard (the easement) and ran some wires from the verizon box in the yard to another one across my driveway.
It's been at least 6 months and these black cables are still just loosely laying all over my yard. Who can I contact to get these either buried or removed? When summer comes and the mowing starts, they will be cut
