Unable to redeem Xbox gift card

Hi,
I am a realitively new Verizon customer. I have a series of home rewards I want to redeem, but for some reason when I try to redeem the Xbox gift card it says, "The requested URL was not found on this server. Go to MyVerizonHome >"

What am I doing wrong? @LawrenceC
is there any chance you could assist me?
