Hi. I received an offer in the myverizon dashboard for a $100 gift card for being a Fios customer. I redeemed the offer in the dashboard and never received the gift card via email. I contacted a chat representative and was told that it was issued on March 8. I do not have the gift card in my inbox or spam folders. I have thoroughly searched and do not have it.
I was disconnected from chat before I could get a number to call for help and I cannot find a number online. Can you please email me a new card? I see that others have been able to get assistance through this board. Would appreciate some help.
