When I signed up for Verizon in November there was an offer for a free echo dot. I waited, checking the email every day until the promo was ready to claim. The day I tried to use it I had problems with the navigation so I decided to try again later. Then i haven’t been able to claim it. I spoke with support whom sent me to customer service. Then customer service via chat told me that the awards team would be able to help me on the phone. I called today and the awards team say they cannot help me. What can I do?
