My daughter switched from T Mobile to Verizon on 11/21/2022. We were told we would have the $200.00 Switcher Rebate and to watch our notifications. We never received a notification. I spoke with Verizon on 3/13/2023 for 40 minutes and then got disconnected and then received a text for disconnecting me but no call back. I started this journey again this morning. 4 Calls so far and no one can help me. I finally found in documentation the gift receipt where it mentions the $200 Switcher Rebate. They told my daughter in the store they would mail it to me. I need help because $200.00 is a lot of money.
