Hi,
Is Osmose confirmed to be Verizon affiliated? They rang the bell to no answer while I was at work and decided to just walk through my property, open my backyard gate, and start digging. When confronted, they said Verizon owns the pole and we should have received a notification about this. While Verizon does own the pole, we own the property. We also did not receive any notification about it. I have no voicemails or emails about it. I told him to leave and we'll have to confirm before anyone comes back.
There needs to be some accountability here from either Verizon or Osmose.
