Connecting existing (free) FamilyWall account with VerizonCloud

I use a free FamilyWall account that I set up months ago. I recently discovered that I have access to VerizonCloud, and that FamilyWall is a "Recommended App" to connect to the service. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to link the two. Can someone assist me, please?
