I ported my phone number to Verizon on 03/29/2023. I was advised that I can redeem a $200 gift card but I have to submit the form BEFORE 04/28/2023.
I contacted Verizon customer service and was continuously placed on hold. Still haven’t been able to have someone help successfully submit my $200 rebate I was promised
