I have a ASK-NCQ1338FA router. The time is 1 hour off. There's only a check box for mode "Automatically" set. The "Gateway current time" is 1 hour off. It's 9:22 and the time reads 10:22.

Sounds like it is a time zone setting or daylight savings time setting. Have you looked to see if these settings are in the admin page of the router?
