The trade-in process is a joke. How do I get someone to help me? My trade-in was received on 2/20 according to the tracking number. But verizon is telling me they never got it. When I call, the rep tells me all is okay and to "not worry" about it, BUT my account is being charged an extra $500 now and I cannot pay a $650 phone bill. The last rep I chatted with told me to contact UPS, as if they have any control what happens to my phone after they deliver it. How do I get this resolved?
