Damage to AT&T owned power line

I am working on behalf of AT&T for damages done to a power line from a Verizon contractor. A Verizon contractor damaged an AT&T owned power line from the electric pedestal to the power pole. There is an outstanding invoice of $6709.30 for the repair of these damages. Please contact me to discuss further.
