Damage to Exterior of Property when Pole Removed

I own a property that had damage to the exterior when Verizon took down one of their poles; the exterior cellar/basement door was damaged.

Does anyone know if there is a claim form that gets filed or where to contact in a situation like this? I couldn't really find anything online other than this message board.
