I need a phone cable moved

We have a 10 acre property in Kyle, Texas and just noticed a GTE sign and enclosure box indicating buried cable. It is my understanding that Verizon bought GTE and thus assume the phone cable is now the property of Verizon.

The cable needs to be moved as we are starting construction in 2 weeks. Who do I contact at Verizon to move the phone cable?
