Can't send or receive SMS messages on iPhone 13 Pro

Please help! This problem keeps happening. I cannot send or receive SMS messages on my iPhone 13 Pro. I cannot receive two factor authentication codes for logging into websites. I spent 4 hours on the phone with Verizon tech support just 3 weeks ago fixing this problem and yet here I am again, experiencing this same headache. Please help me fix this.

I depend on my phone on daily basis, so I know how important it is to make sure all your services are working. Is this happening with specific numbers or all numbers? What happens when you try to send a message?

It is happening with all TFA codes and all SMS messages. When I try sending an SMS message it looks as though it was sent on my end but the recipient never receives it.
