Hello,
There is an exposed underground phone line from a box behind my house that stretches along the entrance gate to my backyard and along the back fence of my property and onto the property next door. I am concerned that this line will be damaged or cut while doing basic yard work like raking and cutting. It has been this way for several years. Please advise how this can be fixed.
