Verizon Truck Hit my Car

I need assistance with a property damage claim. On 5/23 a Verizon truck hit my parked and unoccupied car near the intersection of front and Broomall streets in Chester pa causing damage to my passenger side. The driver drove away. I have surveillance video of the incident occurring.
