Service in St Louis, MO

About one month ago I changed from T-Mobile to Verizon because I wanted a good deal on a new iPhone. I got the deal that I wanted so that was good. What I didn't realize is that Verizon service is not very reliable. In my neighborhood in South County St Louis I barely get one bar and even that is sketchy. For the last 5 years that I was on T-Mobile I never ONCE got a message saying that my app couldn't connect - even my text messages fail to send regularly. Now I get that message all the time... probably at least once per day and I travel around st louis. My ADT account and my Alexa app are regularly failing and giving me that message. This was NEVER a problem with T-Mobile... BUT I did get a great deal on a phone ... which I regularly can't use.

Yes, other users in South St. Louis have complained to Verizon about this problem. My name is Keith Wagner and my phone number ends in 3634. I have complained to Verizon a few months ago about the incredibly bad coverage from my office in St. Louis Hills on Hampton Avenue almost all the way from there until you get to Interstate 55 and then again when I get to my home off of Becker Rd. in South St. Louis county I get low signal again. My home is far better than the South City coverage but neither has more than two or 3 bars and in the South St. Louis City area I mentioned I get 1 bar and once every so often maybe 2 bars, but that is rare.

Verizon is aware of this issue as I know I have complained about it over the telephone to a support representative who was going to have to pass my information to engineers (i.e. move it on to someone else and no one ever hears anything about it ever again). Verizon used to have the commercial "Can you hear me now?' The answer in South St. Louis is probably not.

The question now is, what is Verizon doing about it?
