About one month ago I changed from T-Mobile to Verizon because I wanted a good deal on a new iPhone. I got the deal that I wanted so that was good. What I didn't realize is that Verizon service is not very reliable. In my neighborhood in South County St Louis I barely get one bar and even that is sketchy. For the last 5 years that I was on T-Mobile I never ONCE got a message saying that my app couldn't connect - even my text messages fail to send regularly. Now I get that message all the time... probably at least once per day and I travel around st louis. My ADT account and my Alexa app are regularly failing and giving me that message. This was NEVER a problem with T-Mobile... BUT I did get a great deal on a phone ... which I regularly can't use.
