Just built a new house. All of my neighbors have 5G Internet but my address is still showing unavailable. I spoke to someone on the phone and I did a chat and I was told I'll get an email when it's available at my area. Is there anyway to expedite that so that I can set up internet upon move in? They didn't offer to setup a ticket or anything like that jsut said I'll get an email if and when it become available.
