Can't install software update 5 for my TCL tablet, 8 inches.
I've tried all the reset settings, the verizon chat person eventually just gave up and told me to call TCL
We want to make sure that you're able to update your device without any issues. We have troubleshooting assistance you can find online here: https://www.verizon.com/support/tcl-tab-8-troubleshooting/ Use the "Issues with updating device software" option and let us know if you were able to update your device.
