I am unable to log into my Verizon account. I receive a message that my account is locked with an option to click 'continue.' When I click on the 'continue' button, it redirects me to another page which states that ""Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time"
What is the best way to resolve? I have reached out to Verizon chat and it has provided no assistance as it requires me to log in...and I am not able to do this.
